HEALTH CARE
Available the first of the next month after date of hire. Two medical options are available.
Traditional Medical Insurance – Blue Cross Blue Shield
- Lower deductible
HDHP/HSA Medical Insurance – Blue Cross Blue Shield
- L&H contributes to the employees’ HSA quarterly
Dental Insurance – Delta Dental
- Preventative is cover 100%
- Restorative and Prosthodontics are subject to a deducible and co-insurance
Cafeteria Plan
- Flexible spending – available with the choice of the Traditional Medical Plan
- Employee can contribute up to the IRS maximum limit
- Dependent care
- Employee can contribute up to the maximum limit
Vision – VSP
- covers eye exams and prescription eyewear
401(K) PENSION PLAN
Vanguard
- Employees are eligible upon hire.
- Employees are eligible to contribute from 2% to 100% up to the IRS maximum limit
- Company matches 50 cents on the dollar up to an established limit
- Five years of service for 100% vesting
VACATION AND PAID DAYS
- Vacation is accrued throughout the year and available each January 1 of the following year
- We offer up to five weeks based years of service

Personal Days
- Each employee is granted personal days January 1
- New employees are provided with a prorated amount of personal days on the date of hire
Serious Health Condition – Sick Days
- Employees receive sick days each year up to a maximum amount over a five year period

Employees and their spouses can participate in L&H Industrial’s Wellness Program paid by the company. Participants can receive a reduced heath insurance premium for participating
