PRECISION MACHINING
The Sheridan floor is anchored by our CTX Gamma 3000 7-Axis Multi-Turning Machining Center, a machine capable of handling diameters up to 24 inches and lengths up to 9.8 feet across seven axes of simultaneous movement. It collapses multiple setups into one, reducing lead time and improving precision on complex components.
INDUCTION HARDENING
Our Induction Systems Pro Scan Induction Hardener delivers CNC-controlled, industrial-grade induction hardening up to 38 inches in length, providing surface hardness without compromising core toughness.
HARD CHROME PLATING
Housing large-scale hard chrome plating capability with vertical tanks to 60 inches deep and horizontal tanks to 30 feet long, precision is achieved in application and chemistry.
