We are pleased to announce the acquisition of Innotech Solutions.

L&H Industrial has over 50 years of experience delivering quality, innovation, and an array of services to the heavy industry operations of the world. We pride ourselves on the high standards of products engineered, manufactured, and tested in our shops here in the United States. To further that quality and reach, we’ve also assembled a worldwide distribution network with providers that share the same mission, vision, and values that we have, and Innotech Solutions is a natural extension of who we are.

L&H Industrial and Innotech Solutions share a wide variety of similarities including a strong commitment to their customers, passion to deliver quality solutions, and deep expertise in engineering and design. Innotech’s proven products will expand our company’s mineral processing product line in the mining industry and help continue growth in this market segment.

What to expect

The acquisition of Innotech Solutions was complete on July 1, 2019. In the immediate future, L&H will first focus on taking care of the existing Innotech Solutions customers. From there, L&H is excited to rollout new capabilities to existing L&H mineral processing customers in late 2019/early 2020.

Moving forward
