UW’s Wyoming Business Resource Network Assists L&H

Wyoming Business Resource Network, a partnership of the University of Wyoming and the Wyoming Business Council (WBC) helps Wyoming businesses to expand and succeed. Their goal is to promote prosperity across the state. The network’s programs help to bring in additional jobs and revenue to the state every year.

Their program Manufacturing-Works (MW) includes a team of engineers who visit manufacturing companies and provides workshops and free consultation to help decrease cost, increase sales, and retain jobs. For over 20 years, MW helped L&H Industrial grow from a $6 million Wyoming business to a world-wide $96 million company.

“MW did my first worldwide marketing plan,” says Vice President, Jeff Wandler. “They helped build us into the company we are today.”

L&H Chief Financial Officer Jim Clikeman adds, “They’ve expanded our horizon, broadened our perspective and given us a lot of good ideas we can implement.”
