From a 200 ton crane capacity to a 6 meter gear grinder, the facility’s equipment and tooling have been carefully selected to handle some of the largest and most complex jobs.
State of the art facility
After acquiring a gear manufacturing facility in 2008 to provide engineering & design, manufacturing & repair and field services to our southwest customers, L&H began focusing heavily on the mineral processing operations in mines to augment our existing product lines in surface mining equipment.
L&H Industrial began investing in new equipment and processes to better serve the industry’s demand and exceed customers’ expectations on quality, design, delivery and efficiency. Additionally investing in a facility expansion that houses a new weld shop boasting a 200 ton crane capacity and a precision gear machine capable of reaching the highest quality surface finishes, L&H’s Tempe manufacturing facility is one of the top shops in the region today.
Arranged with a variety of machining equipment, our Tempe facility manufactures a wide scale of components as well as a far reaching scope of simple to the most complex gearing configurations. Utilizing metallurgical analysis for materials and engineering robust designs prepares the component for manufacturing to precision tolerances/surface finishes with the assortment of machining capabilities.
Our selection of machines generates unlimited capability in manufacturing gearing, pinions and shafts for large equipment and plant operations. Providing a new and more resilient design or a reband and repair; our southwest manufacturing facility has become a one stop shop for all gearing needs in heavy industry.
