L&H Begins New Truck Route

Servicing customers across multiple territories is something L&H prides itself on as we strive to be a whole solution for our customers’ needs. Providing the same services to all our customer regions is important as well; we want all customers to have access to all L&H capabilities regardless of where they are located in reference to one of our manufacturing facilities. In an effort to provide customers with the same service, L&H recently began a new truck route that will now allow customers in the Arizona and Nevada territories pick-up and delivery services to any L&H facility.

Connectivity of capabilities across territories

The first and third week of each month L&H will offer a truck from our Sheridan location to the Battle Mountain location, stopping at customer sites on the trips going there and back, offering pick-up and delivery services. Additionally, a second truck will travel from the Tempe facility to Battle Mountain offering the same services. The Battle Mountain location will be the central hub for drop-offs and deliveries; weeks when the trucks are not running L&H will provide transportation services to and from the mines to pick up or deliver rebuilt or new components weighing 20,000 lbs. or less. According to Barry Thomas, L&H Industrial’s Mobile Equipment Product Line Manager,

“Our new route service provides connectivity; it affords the customers the capabilities of all L&H locations,”

Thomas added, “this service will benefit both our customers with consistent reliable pick-up and delivery services as well as L&H by providing work in our shops.” L&H is offering the pick-up and delivery service at no charge for customers in 2016, in an effort help allow customers rebuilt and manufacturing services at any of our L&H facilities.
