L&H Industrial was recently named “Wyoming Small Business Exporter of the Year” and “SBA Region VIII Small Business Exporter of the Year” for 2013 by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) Region VIII Office. The SBA Region VIII includes Colorado, Montana, South Dakota, North Dakota, Utah and Wyoming.
Through a widespread distribution network, any mining part either manufactured or distributed by L&H can be delivered to any mine around the world. L&H primarily exports shovel parts, specifically undercarriage systems, as well as transmissions and drill parts to international locations. Dragline parts are also exported. Mineral Processing equipment and repair is now expanding into the South American market along with mobile equipment products. L&H distributes additional products related to the mining industry for other partner companies further expanding international offerings.
“L&H Industrial is known for innovation, safety and manufacturing enhanced products for the mining industry so working with large equipment with complicated problems is just part of what we do,” said L&H Project Manager Bill Schroyer.
“It’s a great feeling to be nominated for these awards, and it is even a bigger honor to be recognized by the business community as winners of the awards,” said L&H Industrial President Mike Wandler. “Our business has deep roots in Wyoming and we’ve grown a lot over the years, but it is very satisfying to see our company recognized for the work we do globally.”
