JOB DESCRIPTION


Perform direct customer contact using product/service knowledge and value added selling techniques to establish and maintain a predetermined level of gross sales volume and profitability. Create sales orders, work orders and quotes in an accurate and timely manner in accordance with company guidelines using the company operating system. Daily review of WIP (work in progress) and adjust work order information as needed to maintain accuracy. Review project costs. Work with production and the materials group to make adjustments if needed to establish a true project cost. Establish the final invoicing price to the customer in a timely manner and in accordance with company guidelines and profit objectives. Demonstrate professionalism at all times. Lead by example and actively supports/promotes the companies values, policies and expectations



 



Requirement of the position

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in heavy equipment maintenance, welding, mechanical  and machining or an accredited degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Safety orientated
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Excellent communication both written and verbal
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Valid driver’s license that is acceptable for company insurance

JOB DESCRIPTION

Large CNC multi functional lathe programmer/operator - Large CNC lathe with milling functions - Siemens 850T controls.

Candidates must have a Minimum four (4) years experience as a machinist working in an industrial job shop environment with the ability to read, comprehend and interpret blueprints, drawings etc. Must be able to work diligently to maintain a high level of production and maintain a safe and orderly work area in order to maximize job/work productivity and minimize workplace incidents/accidents, must be able to work overtime and weekends.   Also maintain a positive and constructive relationship with other team members and confers professionally with company supervision and customers to meet or exceed customer expectations.
